1. HOW DOES ONE THE DOLLAR WORK?
ONE THE DOLLAR offers $1 vouchers that provide access to amazing deals and discounts from participating merchants. Each voucher you purchase during a lucky draw period also gives you an entry into the draw for exciting prizes.
2. DO YOU ALWAYS HAVE LUCKY DRAW?
No, lucky draws are only held during specified periods. Check our website or social media pages for announcements about upcoming lucky draw periods.
3. HOW DO I PARTICIPATE IN THE LUCKY DRAW?
When a lucky draw is active, purchase any voucher during the draw period, and your order number will automatically serve as your lucky draw entry. The more vouchers you purchase, the better your chances!
3.5. Vouchers are not redeemable during blackout periods unless explicitly stated.

4. WHAT CAN I DO WITH THE VOUCHERS I PURCHASE?
Use the voucher at the merchant specified to enjoy the listed discount or deal. Simply present your receipt with the order number as proof of purchase.
5. HOW LONG ARE VOUCHERS VALID?
Vouchers are valid for 60 days from the purchase date, unless otherwise stated. Be sure to use them before they expire!
6. CAN I USE THE VOUCHER WITH OTHER PROMOTIONS?
This depends on the merchant. Some merchants allow stacking of vouchers with other promotions, while others may not. Please check with the merchant before using your voucher.
7. WHAT HAPPENS IF A MERCHANT DOES NOT HONOR THE VOUCHER?
