5.2. We are not liable for disputes between customers and merchants, including failure to honor vouchers or quality of goods/services.

5.3. Our liability is limited to the value of the voucher purchased

6.2. Merchants who terminate agreements must honor any vouchers purchased up to 30 days after the termination date.
